Was having a major issue with Verizon not connecting with the answer service. Kelly stayed on the phone with a 3 way call for over an hour with myself and Verizon . Answer connect is very fortunate to have such an outgoing and helpful representative for there company. I can't sing her praises enough. Thank you Kelly for being so dedicated.

Excellent service! Subhojit took the time to listen carefully, understand exactly what I needed, and implement the requested changes correctly. He was professional, helpful, responsive, and very attentive to detail throughout the process. I truly appreciate his assistance and the care he took to make sure everything was set up properly. Five stars!
